If you book my show you will enter into a contract with LOZO MAGIC SHOW.

This contract between Lozo and the client named in the invoice shall not become effective until the initial deposit has been paid. At the time the contract takes effect, Lozo magic show will reserve the date and time agreed and will not make any other reservations or accept any other bookings for the booked time and date. For this reason in the event that the client cancels the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Lozo in order to offset my loss of business. 

CANCELLATION PERIOD & CANCELLATION FEE

Deposit: £50

Non-refundable after 24 hours of making a booking.

The remaining balance

59 – 30 days prior to the Event Date:

25% of Total Invoice (If replacement booking cannot be found)

29 – 15 days prior to the Event Date:

50% of Total Invoice (If replacement booking cannot be found)

14 days prior to the Event Date:

100% of Total Invoice (If replacement booking cannot be found)
